This button is pretty large at 1½" wide. It dates from the 1900s and it's made of pierced brass and celluloid. The thimble in the background is French and made of silver with a thin band of brass around it. Both the thimble and the china are from the 1910s. Even the single fabric flower is over 100 years old.
Come to think of it, I haven't heard anyone say 'Bold as brass' for a long time, but it's a description my mother used to use. It means 'shameless or audacious'. I'm not sure this button deserves the description, but it just popped into my head. By the way, does anyone else struggle with subject lines? I could just say 'Yes, it's yet another button. So?', but I'll keep trying. :)
Little people queueing up to take a photograph through the big camera. The camera is my old Minolta Dynax 404si. I'd ordered a secondhand toy table for my characters to stand on - the table in tabletop. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in time, so the table is the centre piece from a takeaway pizza box.

i've taken this picture and edited some time ago, so i do not remember what actions or textures i used (if i used)....it may be one of Florabella textures and one of mine or Isabelle's actions but i can not be sure. i did not like it back then but now i think it is quite a sweet pic :)
Thank you for all your sweet comments and have a nice day!
Four pieces with a hole in each, discovered in an old cabinet, original purpose unknown, now a subject for tabletop photography and light painting.
Mum's deconstruction.
A series of images documenting the destruction of a (withered) white mum in 3 stages. Each is a macro composite of positive and negative versions of itself.
Experimenting with colored lights, white lights and a gelled flash today. I have the sides of the bubble blocked with black cards to help define the shape. I'll share the bts on my Instagram story.
