In memory of September 11 - a press release that I wrote and is still relevant, honoring the losses in the World Trade Center with a painting done by artist Pomm Hepner, presented by actress Sandra Santiago to the film director, writer, and music producer Martin Guigui at the screening of his film, “9/11”. This film is so well done as a representation of those that made it and those who didn’t. It has an amazing cast with Charlie Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg, and Puerto Rican actor Luis Guzmán. You can stream it on Amazon Prime Video.
You can also watch Martin Guigui on AXS TV as the musical director (as well as playing keyboards) in the concert “Guitar Legends for Heroes”. You can make a donation using this link:
God Bless America and our freedom and those who carry their flag high.

Original local program pages from the Minneapolis-St. Paul edition of TV Guide from the evening the first Peanuts cartoon special, "A Charlie Brown Christmas," was first broadcast on the CBS Television Network. "Presented to you by the people in your town who bottle Coca-Cola." The show preempted The Munsters, and was followed by Gilligan's Island, "The Mosquitoes Are Coming" episode.
Running against Charlie Brown, there was Daniel Boone on NBC, and the rock music show Shindig on ABC, this episode featuring sixties British bands Manfred Mann, the Yardbirds, the Who and the Graham Bond Organization (??).
A lot was going on that night. The Gemini VII space flight was happening as well, coverage of which threatened to preempt good ol' Charlie Brown.
