In the livery of the Northern Rose coaching unit, Keighley & District 264 has undertaken an excursion. It is a Leyland Tiger TRCTL11/2RH with Plaxton Paramount 3200 Express coachwork. New in 1985 as London Country TP64 and used on Flightline Service 767, it would later run for Sovereign Bus & Coach and Cambridge Coach Services.

Thought I'd go and investigate the special service between Canning Town and Excel today, this being provided due to the DLR strike. Ensigns turned out much of their fleet, old and new(ish). For my first trip from Canning Town I had the Trident in the centre (now numbered 159, ex Stagecoach 18229) to Excel for M1 back. The bus on the left is Regal Busways ex Metroline TP64, parked up between peak workings supplementing the 474. 3/11/15.

Buses were cancelled today due to freezing rain, and since all the students ride the bus...here's an iPhone photo of some of the action.

I love pairing my crafty side with my artistic side and merge the two. This is a mesh slouchy hat I made last night. Very relaxing to crochet...

A 6th grader proud of his mandala, asked me to photograph it - as luck would have it, fits the repeating pattern, so I posted it here for all to admire.

P1330928 - Had quite a few failure's on assignment work, this is probably another :) To much breeze for the intended shots of a flower and buds.

On the other side of the garden was a different set of subjects, was going to do bricks or tiles, boring so with a little help from Mother Nature who is probably the best pattern maker in the world with Iznik cobalt tiles following some in her wake, was a spiders web, always amaze me on the structure and pattern.

There a few others of the same web on the mini conifer which was my other choice for repeating patterns over a number of stems/branches (see last one in comments as an example).

"Our subconscious minds have no sense of humor, play no jokes and cannot tell the difference between reality and an imagined thought or image. What we continually think about eventually will manifest in our lives."

Okay so it's a bit of a stretch but I did like the line of trees..... and for some reason this prompt is very very difficult for me. It was when it was back on the daily shoot too. I'm not a girl that likes to pose pictures but rather capture what she sees. And since I can only shoot after work when it's dark.....well it's been a challenge.

When it snows in Seattle, the whole world shuts down. Spent the last 9 days stuck at home due to snow. At that point nothing is interesting or inspiring.
