Der 244 Meter hohe Turm bekommt gerade sein Kleid übergezogen. Einweihung am 7./8. 10. mit Fest. Besucherplattform für Allgemeinheit ab 9. 10. geöffnet.
9 days before the offical opening, I had the possibility to visit Germany highest viewing platform of a building - but we couldn't get outside (it will be possible when it's officially opened) - so I had to take pictures through two reflecting glas-panels... Here view to the valley of the river Neckar and a bridge of the autobahn A81

It's not Toronto (sorry Swire ;-) - it's Rottweil. But Thyssen-Krupp shows by this little screen their work in dedicated cities, like Toronto.
Brewers 710 and 506 are parked side by side in the depot yard.
On the left, 710 is a Leyland National 2 NL116L11/1R which was new in 1980 as Bristol Omnibus 3509. It passed to Badgerline in 1986 and was subsequently transferred within FirstBus to Brewers. It would later move to First Hampshire (no. 428).
On the left, 506 is a rear-engined Van Hool A600 integral - unique in the UK. New in 1990 as a demonstrator for Van Hool registered G680 TKE, it was eventually sold to Rhodes, Yeadon who reregistered it as A6 RLR. When Rhodes bus operation was sold to Yorkshire Rider, it was reregistered again as G841 PNW and transferred to Brewers..
