Another one of them 'just popping by with an upload from my mobile phone' since I am still away from home.
The tall building on the right is the original castle - built around 1500 by the Ulfstand family. But this medieval castle soon fell out of fashion and the family moved out. The orange house, that can be seen in the middle, dates to the 17th century. The white house is even younger (I have no date, a wild guess is 19th century). The brown roof that can be seen is a reconstruction of a workmen's hut, that would have been used by the men building the castle. Archaeological remains of such a hut has been found in the vicinity.
Glimmingehus is now a museum.

This place is really a mix of styles. The church itself is medieval, including the rather odd-shaped arch. The pulpit is late 17th century Baroque, while the painted pillars surrounding the arch is from 1822 (and the painting in the ceiling, that can be guessed at in this shot, is from the middle of the 18th century).
At the old church of Vallsjö - thought to have been built in the second half of the 12th century. It is one of the so called "Njudung churches", Njudung is the old name of the area, and in the 12th century it saw an intense activity in church building, many of which still survive. This Romanesque church was used by the parish until the new, and bigger, church of Vallsjö was opened in 1891, and for a while after that abandoned. But it was eventually repaired and re-inaugurated in 1951.
Fiskebäckskil is a locality in Lysekil Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden, at the mouth of the Gullmarn fjord. It had 379 inhabitants in 2010. Once a fishing community, it transformed into a shipping community in the 19th century. Now it is a thriving tourist community. (Ref. WIKI)
