Well, one year in the books!
That's not a celebratory bottle, but one of tonight's purchases from City Wine Merchant in downtown Buffalo. I participated in the Buffalo Cash Mob.

It was an idea that sprang up last week and got some local buzz on twitter. The concept is to support local business by getting as many people as you can to shop a locally owned business a particular day. The organizer took nominations for where to go and City Wine was the first pick. Since it's just down Main St from my office, I could see no reason not to hand over a few of my dollars to support a local biz and get some tasty wine.
