The sun worshippers all lined up to enjoy the show. As I told you, there are more tourists in the evening than in the morning. But the Salar is big and you can get away from them.

Can a person have too many sun set and sun rise shots..;) Anyway, I took this same shot about 2 years ago and since I was in Rockport with time on my hands, I decided to take the same shot again. And, it doesn't look much different..:) Except, this time I had a better ND filter so I didn't get any flares. Other wise, it's the same sun and probably the same boats. When I had my boat I kept it at the Marina thinking If I had it sitting in the water, I would use it more. Not so much. Finally sold it.

We've had a lot of hot weather here this summer, along with watering restrictions. These daisies, at the edge of my neighbours' yard, haven't gotten any water and so are looking quite dry.
It's supposed to rain tomorrow - I think I'll be doing a rain dance :)
"The star of the North
will bring the shaving.
But as if seen through the sea sail,
I will become a wave and a fire,
to embrace you abroad.
And you, my lost homeland, are far away,
you will become a caress and a wound
as if dawning on another earth.
Now I fly for the festival of life.
Now I fly for my joy's celebration.
My old moons,
my new birds,
chase the sun and the day from the mountain,
to see me pass
like lightning in the sky."

When I looked at this shot (taken through the windshield in the rain), I kept thinking green sun, green sun, green sun...so I googled 'green sun' to look for some sort of title for it.
This is what came up: youtu.be/RCQaLrN6xvs
How could I name it anything else??
