Another stunning building in the heart of Wells, Somerset . Wells Cathedral.
Wells Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral in Wells, Somerset, England, dedicated to St Andrew the Apostle. It is the seat of the Bishop of Bath and Wells, whose cathedra it holds as mother church of the Diocese of Bath and Wells.
Built as a Roman Catholic cathedral from around 1175 to replace an earlier church on the site since 705, it became an Anglican cathedral when King Henry VIII split from Rome. It is moderately sized for an English cathedral. Its broad west front and large central tower are dominant features. It has been called "unquestionably one of the most beautiful" and "most poetic" of English cathedrals.

The Justizpalast Munich (Palace of Justice) opened in 1897 and has this fantastic set of stairs. I love just looking at them
Note: Sorry for a repeat shot, I originally shot this freehand June 2018 and wasn't 100% happy with the result. So I had to return and try again but this time with a tripod :-)

A tribute to one great mini series as a prequel to Spartacus « blood and sand ».
The appeal to the public of the games was as bloody entertainment and the fascination which came from contests which were literally a matter of life and death. Hugely popular events were held in massive arenas throughout the Roman Empire and some of them were raised to superstar status.
Fight with honor...and die the same !

D'you breathe the name
Of your saviour
In your hour of need
And taste the blame
If the flavor
Should remind you of greed
Of implication, insinuation and ill-will
Till you cannot lie still
In all this turmoil, before red cape and foil
Come closing in for a kill
Come feed the rain
'Cause I'm thirsty for your love
Dancing underneath the skies of lust
Yeah, feed the rain
'Cause without your love, my life
Ain't nothing but this carnival of rust

It doesn't hurt me
You want to feel how it feels?
You want to know, know that it doesn't hurt me?
You want to hear about the deal I'm making?
You
You and me
And if I only could
Make a deal with God
I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
Be running up that building
If I only could, oh
You don't want to hurt me
But see how deep the bullet lies
Unaware that I'm tearing you asunder
There's a thunder in our hearts, baby, so much hate for the ones we love tell me, we both matter, don't we?
You
You and me
And if I only could
Make a deal with God
I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
Be running up that building
If I only could, oh
You
You and me
Won't be unhappy
C'mon, baby,
c'mon, c'mon darling
Let me steal this moment from you now
C'mon, angel,
c'mon, c'mon, darling
let's exchange the experience, oh
And if I only could
Make a deal with God
And get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
With no problem
If I only could
Make a deal with God
I'd get him to swap our places
Be running up that road
Be running up that hill
With no problem
If I only could.
The stunning town of Mojacar built on a hill and still expanding. Mojacar, Espania, Europe
Mojácar is a town in southeast Spain. It’s known for its whitewashed Moorish old town and Mediterranean beaches like Palmeral and Cueva del Lobo. The hilltop Plaza Nueva has views of the Valley of the Pyramids
Got this texture from ishkamina who's so awesome to share an entire folder filled with free textures. Bless those so willing to share :-)
It only lasted a few moments and then the glorious colour disappeared. Never ceases to amaze me just how transient Sunrise and Sunsets are!

Beautiful blue skyline amidst the bare branches of the trees.
