Capitol Hill, 2018
A typical pre-pandemic rainy winter evening scene in the extended neighborhood and probably posted elsewhere on this feed. This fits most of the mood I've felt since early December, but this morning it is cloudless and brilliantly sunny on the last days of January.
It's so nice to see the sun so bright and unfiltered by mostly cloudy skies – even if it is in the low 30s today...
First, Mixed Taste—Miles Davis and drinking water.
Second, chats with friends. The pigs in a blanket at Lou's Food Bar are really good.
These were also a clearance thing. I put them up in the guest bedroom since the Hello Kitty string lights were already up in there as well. HAHA!
