This is the Butts County Courthouse at 98 3rd St, Jackson, GA 30233.
It currently operates as the Welcome Center for Butts County and the City of Jackson, and the Butts County Historical Society.
This building and the surrounding block was featured heavily on the Netflix series Stranger Things as the Hawkins Public Library (the Public Library sign above one of the entrances remains from filming) and Downtown Hawkins, Indiana.
