This cheery little fox measures about 2.5" tall and was sculpted of unspun wool that I sculpted using a felting needle. All of the wool used in his construction is either natural undyed wool or wool that I hand dyed myself using food grade dyes. He hangs from a hemp twine hanger.
This fox ornament is part of my 2014 Woodland Animal Christmas Ornament Collection.
In my family we do treasure hunts for important gifts at Christmas, leaving little hidden, handwritten clues all over the house until the seeker finds the special gift. We have enjoyed these so much that the hunt is almost as exciting as the treasure.

The technical name for these fabulous, tiny little balls is "dodecahedron". Some call it a Japanese ball. I call them "Fidgets". Why fidgets? Quite simply because once you pick up one of these chainmaille & glass balls, barely larger than a quarter, you will not be able to put it down!
Perfect for the person who's hands always need to be playing with something. The lightweight, aluminum rings are not too snug woven through the glass rings. What this does is give jiggle room and make the most wonderful sound while fidgeting with these little lovelies! I LOVE them!! Stocking stuffer? Something for the guy who already has everything?? Who just can't keep their hands still?
The potential of these little balls is endless. I can easily put them on a key ring or add a ring to turn them into one very cool pendant that you can hang from a chain to name just a few ideas. I have one attached to my purse for decoration along with one just for fidgeting!
