I went to the rally in D.C. today, there was a gigantic crowd, had to be at least 200,000, they whole event was great and the message was one that we should all pay heed too. Jon Stewart for President 2012! They have clips of almost the whole rally on the comedy Central website now, check it out at... www.comedycentral.com/shows/rally_to_restore_sanity_and_o...
This female biker was particularly cute... though it may have very well been the particularly short shorts causing my testosterone to steal control of my brain.
To get around the IOC's draconian licensing rules, The Colbert Report called its Vancouver 2010 Olympic shows: "Exclusive Vancouverage of the 2010/Quadrennial Cold Weather Athletic Competition/Defeat the World! " It's very similar to what LuluLemon called its non-authorized clothing line: "Cool Sporting Event That Takes Place in British Columbia Between 2009 & 2011 Edition"

Yes, the bracelet says WristStrong. When Stephen Colbert broke his wrist on the set of The Colbert Report in 2007, he started his comic campaign against wrist violence. However, proceeds from the sale of his WristStrong braclets benefit the Yellow Ribbon Fund - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow_Ribbon_Fund
However, we didn't purchase this bracelet. Now that my son is 18, he is old enough to attend show tapings. So yesterday I took him into the City, and we saw the taping of last night's Colbert Report. Before the show Stephen was shooting bracelets into the audience, and my son caught this one, which he happily modeled for me this morning :)
