"Allow yourself to feel real happiness. Push the doubts from your mind - the "what ifs" and the "buts" - just let happiness lay down beside you. Let yourself relax by its side. There is something to be said for clearing your mind of all doubt and just letting yourself feel happy (even in the moments when it doesn't feel like you should be happy).
