Acceptance
Acceptance is the key to living a positive, present life. To live in the now, you must accept it as it is. You cannot wish it to be something else or create stories in your mind of you it should be. When you accept things for what they are, you worry less and feel more at peace. Acceptance is incredibly difficult - especially when things in life aren't going well - but learning to accept what is will make all the difference in living a positive life.

The best way to live a positive life in the present is to love who you are. When you love yourself - and truly accept who you are - everything changes.
