In 1593 William Shakespeare wrote in Taming of the Shrew, Katerina tells off a gentleman to go jogging till his boots go green. The terms to jog and jogging, as a form of exercise, originated in England in the mid seventeenth century. In the United States jogging was also called "roadwork" when athletes in training, such as boxers, customarily ran several miles each day as part of their conditioning. In New Zealand during the 1960s or 1970s the word roadwork was mostly supplanted by the word "jogging" The idea of jogging as an organised activity was mooted in a sports page article in the New Zealand Herald in February 1962, which told of a group of former athletes and fitness enthusiasts who would meet once a week to run for "fitness and sociability". Since they would be jogging, the newspaper suggested that the club "may be called the Auckland Joggers Club"—which is thought to be the first use of the noun "jogger".

Ihave just received my brand new pink Adidas Energy Boost running shoes and I am loving them, not only for their hot pink color! If you are a runner and enjoy trying different shoes as I do then you should definitely give them a try.

The newly introduced shoe provides more responsiveness with heel to toe BOOST™ foam that stores and returns energy to ensure the more energy you give, the more you will get.

The new Running shoe provides comfort with elegance. The upper stretch mesh hugs the foot shape while allowing added ventilation to keep your feet cooler during runs, which is what I have always loved about most Adidas shoes, the ventilation.

Also, the BOOST cushioning remains consistent in any weather under and circumstance while the standard EVA expands and hardens in varying temperatures.

“Energy Boost allows runners to focus on the path ahead by providing a consistently comfortable and energetic run every time they lace up,” said Adrian Leek, senior vice president of adidas running. “BOOST responsive cushioning and the supporting technologies in Energy BOOST eliminate unwanted variables and provide runners with complete confidence.”

Following 2 days of light snowfalls and extremely bitter cold in Denver, the view northwest along 14th Street was beginning to take on a winter look. The Big Blue Bear outside the Colorado Convention Center was sporting a snowy mantle. Vehicles and pedestrians moved more carefully about the downtown area as snow chnaged to ice.

Looking down in the early morning onto 14th steet from the gym on the 5th floor of the Hyatt Regency Denver. One of the reasons that I like the Hyatt chain is the quality of the gyms, and the attention paid to maintenance of a healthy lifestyle for traveling business people through the "StayFit" program. The gym in this hotel is an excellent facility with a range of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. It also has a 2 lane 25 m lap pool.

The Blue Bear is seen peering into the Colorado Convention Centre. He/She/It is seen here in the late afternoon silhouetted against the facade of the Embassy Suites across 14th Street. The excellent light rail system has a station beneath the Convention Center for trains coming in from the west before bifurcating along Stoutr and 14th Streets. The building on the right houses the Embassy Suites.

I’m loving everything sold on the carbon38 website their brands are seriously bringing fitness fashion to another level and they ship internationally too yay!

Here I’m wearing the amazing Hydrangea jacket as a wind breaker over the matching top, bra and ink blue pants. I’m not only enjoying the beauty of this outfit but the quality is truly A1 as well :)

I did the shoot during my morning workout with my favorite photographer Abu Samra for the Vichi Streetstyle blog in Cairo as this outfit is super cool and will featured as Streetstyle :)
