This stadium, constructed entirely in white marble, was built first time in 330BC, it was destroyed, but built again by the Romans in 144AD. It was used for 300 years and then abandoned.

Finally it was excavated and refurbished up to the first Olympic games in 1896

Oriole and Raven Stadiums as seen while flying low over Baltimore. You can see Interstate 95 running along the top side of the frame with I-395 spur that comes into the downtown area dropping down into the scene coming past the stadiums.

------------

All seats remain empty and that even on important match days in soccer ⚽️ , no sporting events 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️, no open air concerts 🎶 .....nothing.

For photographers a dream, for the economy not. One can only hope that the virus scenario will soon come to an end. But unfortunately it doesn't look like that at the moment.

Panathenaic Stadium "Kallimarmaro", Athens - Greece.

Probably the world's oldest and most beautiful stadiums and the only one built entirely of white marble.

The stadium hosted the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Today, it’s the finishing line of the Athens Marathon.

The underground passage, a long, vaulted gallery, known as "Diodos" used by athletes in antiquity to enter the stadium.

A 31,000-seat arena planned for a LaLiga team that went down to the 4th league right before it was inaugurated... The team has incredibly many fantastic supporters that come to every match, now in the third division and hoping to go up this year. There were approx 5000 supporters attending... Amazing. And the stadium is fantastic.

Although I'm not a Cardinal fan being the Cub fan I am, I will have to admit Busch Stadium is quite a nice looking stadium, with a nice view of downtown St. Louis, MO out one side, and a nice view of TRRA, BNSF, UP, Amtrak, NS, A&S and Metro Light Rail trains.

I did get to go to the Cubs/Cardinals game, unfortunately the Cubs lost 6-2.
