Me and bright light don't mix. No that's a lie actually. Anything other than darkness gets me squinting, hence perma-frown/scowl.
I just thought that this one was funny. They were convinced it was too bright and hot to be outside, until I reminded them that the park that they wanted to go with was outside. Jordan immediately said it wasn't too hot at all. Dorian followed suit.
Look at their hair. Hehe. I did it for them yesterday. They got a kick out of it. The funniest thing was that Jordan said, "I don't want mom and dad to see my hair like this." But he wanted me to take pictures of it. Silly boy.

I have stopped putting watermarks on my work, cause I don't really like them. But my work is mine and I want it to stay that way.
I was counting on this role to give me some amazing pictures, but I was quite disappointed with what they all turned out like. This was the only one where you could actually make out the subject. Hopefully the next role is a lot better.
After awkwardly photographing Leighton's beardies from the middle of a crowd, I made my way to a hide for some peace. The few of us who were there were rewarded with a private viewing of a single bearded tit, 'ping'-ing his arrival before darting in and out of the reeds.
Looking off into the bright, glary distance. I guess I can't expect the smooth skin of my youth to last forever!
So very bright it makes you squint. Just a few clouds in the sky and the Continental Divide so close it looks to fall in your lap. Shirt-sleve weather, (22° F,) with no breeze. Just had to capture it.
