My sister and I went sightseeing on a cool springday. This is Moulin Neuf (new Mill) actually an old mill complete with several millponds, water canals. Here Irene is standing above the mill pond (previous pic) next to a Bisse or aqueduct made of lumber.

Irene und ich entdeckten Moulin Neuf (Neumühle) im Lützeltal. Zur alten Mühle gehören mehrere Teiche und ein Netz von Wasserfuhren und Kanälen. Irene steht oberhalb des Teiches ( vorheriges Bild) neben einer Wasserfuhre- interessant ist die Holzkonstruktion der Bisse.
A lovely, Good Friday sunset. The olive tree has added a nice silhouette effect. Speaking of olive trees and Good Friday, in the land of the Bible, olive trees were and still is the most important of all the trees because it is a source of food, light, hygiene and healing, especially back in the biblical times. It was a pleasant, spring afternoon this day with highs reaching into the 70's for our area. This sunset marks the end of my spring break week. It has come and gone too fast.
