Trip to Washington taking in Alexandria, Washington Mall, Arlington Cemetery, Washington Nationals Baseball, Mount Vernon and Dulles Air and Space Museum

This was a 3-in-1 set, which I thought meant you could build all three. Sadly, it meant you could only build one of the three. Still, it turned out well.

As seen through windows on the aft flight deck of Space Shuttle Discovery, the payload bay is featured in this image photographed by a STS-116 crewmember during flight day two. Pictured in the payload bay is the Spacehab module and the boom is on the left. The shuttle's docking mechanism is visible in the foreground.

...and I made the rest of the shuttle on Saturday: External tank and solid rocket boosters!

 

It's all really freaking wonkey, as are most of my creations, but I think it's pretty awesome anyway :)

 

This image was wiped out in the Great SCED Washout of 2011. My apologies if your favourite or comment went with it - I did all I could before I had to restore it manually. Thanks for understanding!
