I took a walk in the woods to clear my mind. There was a light that broke through the mist and gave me solutions...

How many people can remember that red plastic container of bubble solution with the stick inside that you can blow through to make bubbles? This is thought I had when I rested my tripod on Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast.

The weight of the sky and all of its fabulous sunset glory was a perfect way to cap off an incredible day in the Pacific Northwest of the USA.

A lighthouse is a guidance for real, like in a building

For some reason lighthouses have always fascinated me

A guidance in your life is your intuition

As hard as it can be

As easy as it can be

It's always there

Whispering

We tend to listen more to our ego tho

Our ego always have the arguments, the solutions

Why to do things

How to do things

Definitely how and why not to do things

It's often the easy way-solutions or the more fun stuff to do

Your ego keeps on building up arguments why it's smart to follow the egos way

Be aware when you repeatedly think the same arguments over and over again

It's your ego talking, it never whispers

It's cool to know tho, now you can choose to listen if you want, either it's the ego or the intuition

I love knowing

Knowledge rules

I just have to add this little music for you, I love Pink Floyd, it totally rules :D

I haven't heard this one before.

Talking to a loved one today, while this one was playing in the background, totally made this music a lovely piece of art the rest of my day.

Thank you for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day! ❤️❤️❤️

There is nothing I enjoy watching more through my macro lens than a film of bubble solution before it pops. The level of activity is quite amazing. It reminds me of psychedelic art during the 1960s counterculture. Groovy!

For a long time, the mainstay of the economy of Mendocino County, California, has been cannabis ("weed"). The official sign at the southern entrance to the county has not reflected this indisputable fact ... until now.

A previous attempt to attach "weed" to the sign was defeated by the sharp-eyed county workers. This is a digital solution.

CP empty grain train no.331 is on the pull out of Toronto after making a two car setoff as well as fuelling up the engines and swapping crews. Apparently the leader here had multiple defects reported, one of which being a broken bell button which was being held together by a band-aid. Paraphrasing, but the conversation on the scanner went something along the lines of this:

Crew: "so you want us to just go ahead when there's literally a band-aid holding this button in place? It's kind of disgusting"

West Tower: "That is correct, I'm sure the band-aid is there specifically to hold that button in place, not like it came off someone, the planner said to just go ahead and leave because he's unable to fix it here on the spot".

Never a dull moment around these parts.

Your comments and favs are appreciated more than you know and do not go unnoticed

You have to pick your depth with these (not much) they move extremely quick almost like instantly they are facing in another direction. Anyway I must say this is the best Salticidae image I have made to date.

Amsterdam - Admiralengracht / Van Kinsbergenstraat.

Residential block, built in 1926 to a design by Bureau Gulden and Geldmaker.

This block does have an unmistakable "Amsterdam School" appearance, especially due to the attractive corner solution.

Architects Gulden and Geldmaker excel in usually more sober designs, but they could indeed come up with expressive designs (amsterdamse-school.nl).

The Amsterdam School is a style of architecture that arose from 1910 through about 1930 in the Netherlands. The Amsterdam School movement is part of international Expressionist architecture, sometimes linked to German Brick Expressionism (Wp).

Loch Fyne, is a sea loch located on the west coast of Argyll and Bute, Scotland, it extends 40 miles inland from the Sound of Bute and forms part of the coast of the Cowal peninsula. It’s also the longest sea loch in Scotland, and once famous for Herring fishing. This photo was taken from a day out I had recently to Inveraray on the “PS Waverley” the World’s last sea going paddle steamer which cruises some of Scotlands most beautiful sea waters in summer.

Some residents called it chain saw massacre. But it was necessary.

Tested this thing out today. The photo mode is quite an improvement, but camera inertion (and other minor stuff, too) really gives me a headache when trying to fine-tune here and there. I'd say that Forza's solution still pretty much owns pCars2's in terms of careful & accurate camera positioning, which is much more important at times than image filters and Saturation sliders. Just sayin'.

===Project C.A.R.S. 2, PC

4k (downsampling), in-game Photo mode===

-No Photoshop or any other post-process editing, just in-game tools & filters;

-No ReShade and stuff, because why even bother when the game has lots of post-proc sliders to practice with;

-I also forgot to re-set MSI Afterburner's screencap feature to grab a lossless .png shot, and took a standard .jpg instead. But hey, it adds a bit to the atmosphere (according to filter I chose there, I think) :D

Last photo from my short visit to Albyberg. Cars and trucks were leaving as I took this photo. One car stopped, a woman walked out and told me that they were doing some rock blasting in a few minutes time, so I better turn around and walk back to wherever I had come from (snuck in between two fences), so that's what I did. I was on the bike when I saw (and felt), the big explosion.

Frustrated over the amount of mail he has to handle each winter, Santa came up with a brilliant solution, that not only freed him from the drudgery of reading badly spelt wish-lists, but also knocked a considerable amount off his heating bill.

So this winter, send Santa a long list to keep him warm :)

#BehindTheScenes

This month's entry on my 12 weeks project is about describing something behind the scenes. There is nothing better that expresses that than the moment that I dump my ideas into coding. Users only see the end result but the magic happens only when the developer codes the solution. I hope you like it :)

Thank you all for your appreciation.

In fact, this is one of my older MOCs that I have built over two years ago. Some of you probably already know it from my Brickshelf gallery or Brothers-Brick. I have only reviewed some of the photos and they are now displayed in a slightly higher resolution.

For everyone who does not know it yet: this MOC is my favorite mecha from the Classic BattleTech series...in fact it is a Robotech design, but in the beginning it was also used for Battletech until it became "unseen"...whatever...I love this 75 ton steel monster...even if it is made of plastic....
