On this Christmas day, where I live there is little snow on the ground. So, I went to the archives for this image of a male Hairy Woodpecker in a snow storm. Looking at the expression on the woodpecker's face, I do not think he was dreaming of snow. Friends, whether you are having a white Christmas or not, I wish you a happy, peaceful day with people you love.

See if you can find the bench? I live about 5 minutes away from this county park (130 acres). On that day, we got some "significant" 3 or 4" of snow of this winter. And it melted the next day, just the way I hoped for. :-))

We haven't have any snow for a while so today is the perfect timing to go out (just in our backyard)I so I can go out and take some photos to share for Crazy Tuesday theme for today. This was taken when it just started snowing around 9:30 this morning.

It's nice tho, to be greeted in the morning - well at least it's morning for some of us on Flickr.

It's a cheerful greeting, this image.
And isn't that a change that I found light, lol.
Here is the entrance, filled with loads of exotic snow towards the light.
Light and love is always there, even in the darkest moments.
It can be shown in different ways
Like in images
Like in a greeting from someone
Like in a little word
Like in a little gesture
Like in something you hear or read
Like when you share that you are feeling down
You will see that all the good vibes people are sending you actually work
