It takes a lot of these bite sized snacks to fill up a heron. This guy was doing his best and was getting them on just about every attempt. Heavy crop for this head shot.

There is a bit of everything in the snack box provided on the flight. I'm confused what meal this should be: its not breakfast, lunch or dinner... just a bit of a snack to keep you going I guess.

Time between meals is just right on the outbound flight. You are never left hungry.
