Just want to say have a nice week :-)
I have been without internet all day (now I have borrowed my sons mobil-connection) so I have not been abel to make last visites like I had hoped to do before leaving.
can't fall asleep? how about some late night snack of pepperidge farm's double chocolate milano cookies and your choice of vanilla or chocolate soy milk? :))
...then think happy thoughts, relax, and go back to sleep...
(but remember to brush your teeth again though! :p) ^-^/

It's been a long and exhausting day. From shopping to going to the movies to going BACK shopping and then out to dinner. Not to mention the fact that my camera was dead this morning so I couldn't take it with me. I just got home a little while ago and I'm too tired to be creative. I'm going to go get in the bed and read a bit before I go to sleep. This little guy is my monkey lamp on my bedside table. I <3 him :-)
another long day tomorrow. not sure when i'll get caught up with you guys. sorry.

Austrian OBB railways engine 1116 091, a Siemens EuroSprinter waits its departure time at Dusseldorf on tonights "Nightjet " overnight train from Dusseldorf, Germany to Innsbruck, Austria, the NJ 421
Departing at 20.54 hrs, serving Koln, Bonn, Mainz, Frankfurt, Nurnberg, Munchen, arriving into Innsbruck the following morning at 09.14 hrs.
The train features a number of different types of carriages including sleeper carriages with beds, sleeper carriages with couchettes, restaurant car & even car transporter wagons at the rear.

A very busy day ... with many more to come! The 2013 Holidays and all our photo-shoots were a blast for us here at BFA ...
But now we must get back to our "business of creating" in a different medium ... aka, crochet!!
Very excited about our new designs, so if we are absent in the coming days ... that is why :) Just checking off some necessary items on our "TO-DO" LISTS, that's all !! :)
We shall play "catch up" when we return ...

This picture may seem strange, but for some reason I have come to like it. First clicks at f/1.2 in sunlight sure gave some burned highlights... Still, it's what I don't see, that somehow mesmerizes me the most, what is left to my imagination.
Seeing, visioning, looking and watching. I become very frustrated at times when people somehow fail to see anything that's beyond their own lifes, their own beliefs and dogmas. So many people walk through life blindfolded, foolishly ignoring everything else than what they consider familiar.
I myself always strive to be open to new things, to listen and most importantly, to understand. It's not about accepting and jumping on another wagon, it's about understanding someone else, where they come from, why they think the way they do. To be able to discuss topics, without shutting out everything else than own opinions, refusing to listen and, yes, understand. I'm so frustrated by that, the unability to step outside ones own comfort zone and try to look at things from different point of views.
Well. Had to get that out of my system. (And no, that wasn't about this picture in any way, :) )
Okey folks, want to know what I've been doing today? I know you all are dying to get all the dirty details, aren't you? You scumbags.
Anyway. I worked all night, slept all day and then went to ballet class. Oh my. I've had a month long pause now, and boy... does the body degrade fast! I felt like an 80-year old giraff on crack doing pliés and extending my limbs. "Crunch", "bam" and "wowsa" was the vocabulary my joints chose to use, while my hips spend the 1.5 hours screaming hosianna's. Man, I'll never be the principal dancer in Swan Lake....
Hey, I heard you! Stop whispering and sniggering! People can have dreams, right, even if it seems desillusionized to you..... Mom, they're not being nice to me! Moooooom!
And hey, look, someone in an American tv-series talking Finnish! Wow, news of the day over here.... Seriously.

This is my little NIECE Princes Anne Sofie. She was born on the 23rd of February 2011. She is the 5th baby in the family but the first girl.
Anne has to been the luckiest girl in the world because she has 4 bodyguards to look over her
Last night myself, Wage and some engineers from America went a walk up the hill to the castle in the German city of Marburg, Wage was exhausted after the long climb and didn't want to come down to the bar for a beer with me (I really thought he was getting sick or something when he said "no").
By the time I arrived up I found him lying in bed snoring away with a cute little note on the pillow beside him which said "Good night - Sleep tight!" and had a little sheep drawn on it - he's sometimes bad, but he more than makes up for those times with his good doings...
Monday is a holiday in Ontario because of "Family Day". This is a picture our sons drew of our family about 20 years ago. When I was a child we all would sing this short, invented song every night before we went upstairs to bed...
"I love you and I really do. Goodnight. Sleeptight. See you in the morning dear."
When our sons were young we sang it with them.
