He jumps from different places from his life, and all of this is possible because of the Tralfamadorians. The clock represents the theme of time travel in the book, and how Billy can time travel .
This Statue of Enos Slaughter stands in front of Busch Stadium in Downtown St. Louis. Known simply as "Country", Enos Slaughter was said to have had one of the best swings in the game. He was a sure handed outfielder who had a lifetime batting average of 300. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1985.
