Sona Yukti conducted Soft Skills training for 54 students at Annapoorana Engineering College,Salem,Tamil Nadu on 9th March 2020.
In December 2023, an important visit was made to the STEVTA Headquarters to meet with Managing
Director STEVTA, Mr. Munawar Hussain Mithani, to discuss the future direction of technical and
vocational education in Sindh. The meeting focused on building meaningful collaborations that can uplift
skill development, modernize training programs, and create stronger pathways for youth to enter the
industrial and technical workforce.
A key part of the discussion centered around the role of Shaan Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading
electronics manufacturing company, and how its involvement along with support from Shaan Institute
of Emerging Technologies and the Lodhie Foundation can help enhance the overall quality of technical
education. Topics included upgrading labs, introducing industry-grade tools and equipment,
strengthening faculty training, and creating advanced modules aligned with current market needs. The
importance of connecting technical institutes with real industrial environments was strongly emphasized.
The visit showcased a shared commitment to making technical education more impactful, industry driven,
and accessible for students. With full support from Pervaiz Lodhie, the collaboration aims to
bridge the gap between industry and education, prepare students with practical, job-ready skills, and
empower them to contribute meaningfully to Pakistan economic and technological advancement.

Mahindra csr officer Amit Ghosh visited to inspect the work of f-24 project on 1st November 23. Under this he was briefed about the work done and some of the work to be started soon and every visit was done.
1-Solar net metering which is installed in a school at Nagalwadi.
2-Roof water harvesting which was installed in Nagalwadi was observed. A discussion was held with the principal, Laxman Khapekar regarding the activities that took place.
3- Then visited the nursing training class which is run at Mission India Khandgaon. There was a conversation with Mullin. Their questions were heard.
4 -After that, the Vena river was inspected, the work on which will be started on November 2. After that, the inspection of ponds in SRPF area done last year under Mahindra was done. And Jai Pond, to be deepened this year, was visited.
