We've been away for a few days so expect lots of pics from Northumberland in the coming days. This sign was at Chain Bridge near the river Tweed which forms the border between England and Scotland near Berwick upon Tweed.
A bad shot of the sign next to the pendulum. I feel that if you can't figure out a giant swinging ball of metal could hurt you than you deserve to be injured by it.
Also, this sign would be funnier if it showed a stick person being struck by the ball

The Cotswold Way crosses this style immediately in front of the village's imposing parish church. There are quite a few siles like this here-a-bouts which must make life a bit difficult for old folks taking their dogs out for an evening walk, quite an obstacle course. The Way wanders along tarmac to cross the M4 a reminder of things unmissed.
It looks like they filled the cheeseburger position. This one may pay more or less depending on how many hot dips chicken strips they are hiring.
