So I thought I would try this tilt-shift stuff to make a picture look like it a model, like you see with model train. Not sure it worked. My PS is too old and is missing the correct blur option.

My first go at fake tilt shift. Basically tilt shift is making an image look like a model, like train sets etc.

I think it looks pretty good, beats going out and buying a special tilt shift lens at £100+

This image was processed into a monochrome and tilt-shifted in camera; the lesson? It's a cool effect, but I'll avoid processing in camera as it seems to add a good deal of artifacts. Post was minimal, mainly slight vignetting.
