Trying something a little new, making an abstract for a song for "Working Towards a Better World". I decided to look up the colour "orange" and this is what I found:
Orange
Orange has different tones and shades, each with different color meanings and effects. For example, light pastel peach tones are seen as sweet, conversational, and affable, whereas more intense, vibrant oranges are seen as representative of vitality, energy, and encouragement.
So I have made this work with the idea of it being full of energy and encouragement to our youth, using sound and visual effects. I am very impressed with Nas's song for his daughter and children of her age and I have chosen a complicated abstract work to accompany it, full of vibrant and intense oranges and energy bursting into positive energy creating an upbeat attitude to life, having the ability to believe in oneself, finding inspiration and conquering the battles our children face day to day, I hope that I have succeeded?

My brother in law hyping himself up in the mirror for a job interview . Our mind , A beautiful thing, isn’t it . Has the capability to completely build itself up as well as tear itself to the ground .
I have always had issues with self esteem - hating this about this and that about that. I am working on that. However, I want to make sure my daughter never has this problem.
I hope to teach my daughter to love herself. To love her little birthmark on her hand, her little dimple in her chin & especially love her wavy hair!! That is my job to help her love herself & I am trying my hardest to succeed!

Training in the art of Krav Maga, self-defense is taught along with discipline. It helps teach self-confidence and camaraderie via this self-defense martial art class. Both of our grand-daughters are in this training program and apparently greatly enjoy it. They get a lot of aerobic exercise during their sessions.

Netherlands, Amsterdam. On Queen's Day ("koninginnedag") everybody can earn a buck. Young and old, human and animal. The Amsterdam people have a "garage sale" along the canals. Children show off their talents behind a hat for the profits.
An example of the latter is this boy playing guitar. He played Deep Purple's Smoke on the Water and some other famous rock riffs. Despite his limited repertoire, he played them convincingly and flawless.
What struck me most though, was his consistent uninterested and disgruntled look. He seemed totally ready for rock star fame and fortune.

Everytime i do a snapshot of a stunning spot, specially now that i have a better computer that can render shadows and materials, i feel that i can't post it because its not mine. The credit goes to the creator of the place, not to me. Of course i have chose the angle, the windlight setting but this isnt enough to satisfy me. Before, when i was with my laptop, i still had to draw every shadows and create lightings and relief effects by myself; but now my computer does this by itself and i somewhat find it a bit frustrating.
Thus i need to go forward, i need to make the pic my own, i need to put pieces of me inside them more than a photography could let me do.
Isla Okkido was so breathtaking and perfect that it is hard for me to find something to add to my photos from there.
I will probably keep most of them on my hardrive and use them inside other pictures. It may seem weird for some of you, but if i post them like that, i feel i am stealing a credit who belong to Liara herself, the creator of the sim.
I am happy i could nevertheless add my touch to this picture. I merged the main photo view with another of another part of the same place thru a stainglass.
I added several effects to increase the focus on the arch and to finish i added the same setting preset i created for the pics i made of the second FFL fashion show with the tilt shift effect.
And now i can fully feel this photo as my creation :))
And i should add, that weirdly i almost never feel like this for pics made by other ppl... that even doesnt comes to my mind.. but for my pics that's an obsession. go figure.... maybe a lack of selfconfidence. i dont know.
I was invited to take photos at a fundraising event in San Francisco. Many burners showed up at Monarch Gardens for the fundraiser of Treble Makers, a Burning Man camp.
I processed a balanced and a photographic HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

This young couple catch my eyes while walking through the Berlin Mauerpark.
The sun was hitting their thick rasta hair, they were young, beautiful and with a special light in the eyes: Proudness, selfconfidence, serenity.
I ask them if I could take a few picture of them with the dog and this is one of my favourite. Doesn't she look like an real warrior?
