You use blocks and a ball to press and roll on areas that feel tight. Press and hold on spots until they soften and feel better, then roll and do light leg movements to find tight spots in your inner thigh. You then do smooth movements on the floor to help open the ribs, shoulders, and hips to ease tight patterns in your body.
The practice includes gentle moves that help improve hip and back motion and help your nervous system relax. At the end, you do spinal lengthening movements, breathing pauses, and a butterfly bridge to finish the release work.
This routine aims to help ease hip pain, lower back tightness, and discomfort in connective tissue using simple tools and guided moves.
