Parsley seed heads drooping after rain

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !

Today is a blue day at Color my World Daily and the theme at Looking close on Friday is seeds. I had an idea for a picture with dandelions seeds but unfortunately it was very rainy during the last few days so all the dandelions are long gone… So i had to dig in my fridge for any vegetable or fruit with seeds. And a yellow pepper seemed like a good choice. So here we go: yellow pepper with a tiny working team. The search for seeds is officially open !

Mucho, mucho amor for you all !! Have a beautiful day my friends!! See you later!!

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!! And see you soon on Flickr !

A seed on one of our Pittosporum trees. The seed pods are approximately 1/2 inch in diameter and I like the way the seeds are layered inside the pod.

Happy Macro Monday!

I discovered this seedhead in the late afternoon during a hike on a visit to Denmark

and enjoy the new week!!

Seed stage

A seed stand I picked earlier. It has been left to dry, but I don't remember which flower it belonged to. Such a shame, such a shame

In a single seed.

"Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap,

but by the seeds that you plant."

What a treasure trove of seeds! The squirrels in my neighborhood have been especially happy that I planted sunflowers this year. I've watched the stems swaying to and fro before the plants crash to the ground with a squirrel attached to the stem.

It has made me smile to watch the critters scamper off to plant the seeds for a later lunch. My goal for next year? More sunflowers!

Check this link out if you've ever wondered how to see the Fibonacci number of sunflower seed spirals. It's fascinating!
