This Cooper's Hawk has been calling my neighborhood home for about three years now. Small and medium size birds are its prey. Not as many small birds nesting in her neighborhood.

The Scouting for Food kick-off ceremony was held at Utah's Capitol where Gov. Gary R. Herbert made the first donation in the fight against hunger. Utah Guard is a proud supporter and participant of this worthwhile annual event.

We helped cover the area for a den that had low turnout on Scouting For Food day. Laurel and I took our trusty handtruck and collected 45 bags in three hours.
