Just wanted to try out HDR in Photoshop. Experimenting here and there, you know.
Aaand it looks pretty close to something achievable with ReShade's "Ambient Light" shader (*GemFX shader pack).

My customer Paula's kids have some souped up Scion cars. I took a photo of three of them the other day when at her property. They've done a nice job on building these up.

A rebadged variant was marketed in Europe as the Aston Martin Cygnet (2009–2013).

Well, I just don't know what to say. As if I wasn't embarassed enough to write about my problems in the first place. Because I wouldn't want to annoy people with my "tragic" text while others who really suffer from differents kinds of things keep those inside showing their willpower (in this case, contrasting to lack of mine).
*That's why I wouldn't do so, at least I'll try not to be specific. 'Cause anyway I probably wouldn't be able to.
Also because you come here to see something artistic (screenshots including), not another soap opera. And you have my word -- I seriously appreciate that.
Although I feel somewhat "emotionally honest" about this one. Because I feel the same energy (albeit mostly "negative" energy) that I (unintentionally) tried to show here. Like if everything, literally everything was "rushed", and not just speaking of time constraints, but of many many events happening and taking place around me. Mostly in negative way, though.
But I really owe you all an apology, because I don't want to bother you, I don't want to ruin your day -- really, I mean it.
So please enjoy the upcoming weekend! And you be sure, this one wasn't made "just to fill the weekly upload limits", even if it looks so. ;D
Love you all!

In the United States and Canada, the iQ was marketed under Toyota's Scion brand, then Toyota's North American small car brand. The car was introduced in 2012 and discontinued with its Toyota counterpart in 2015. The production Scion iQ debuted at the 2010 New York Auto Show and was marketed for model years 2012 to 2015. In North America, the iQ was only available with the 1.3 L 1NR-FE engine paired to a CVT automatic.

I shot this last year as a feature for Drivenmotive but never got the chance to put them up. The amount of precision and work that Mike put into this car is absolutely amazing. If you ever get the chance to see Mike in person, stop by and say hi. You won't be disappointed with him or what he's done with this Scion.
Read more about him here:

The thing is that even when using one-"prebuilt" preset in editing multiple pictures it's almost impossible to make them look "identical" in terms of, say, colors (as one might want them look to, specifically, when creating a set of images of the same car).
It's because POV varies, as weather and sky (ambient) light, too. Sometimes it's better to mask unwanted "reddish" tint of the road while sacrificing sky color, or car color, etc.

Met up with a guy that has been waiting forever for me to do a shoot of his car. I managed to get some pretty nice ones, but had to edit a rig shot first as usual.
Shot info: Suction cup rig on the roof of the car, around 16 feet long, shot with sigma 10-20mm lens at 10mm.

Vilnius
On Sunday it rained and rained in Vilnius, at one time a blue Scion xB drove by. My photo was a failure. I could cry is a little bit too much, because Scion is not sold in my country I never saw one. How happy I was to see on the sunny monday another example!
I also saw some coupé's made by Scion, they will follow later :)
Shoot I did with a client on Sunday, just haaaaaaad to be another semi-black car which makes my flashes pretty angry lol.\
Strobist: three sb-24's + one sb-600.
One flash pointing at grill, one at rear rim, one at front rim, one at background with red gel.
Shot info: suction cup style rig mounted to the roof of the car, the shutter speed was aorund 5 seconds but the EXIF got jacked up when i combined two pics together.
The Scion iM was introduced in 2015. It's a more sporty looking version of the Toyota Auris, that was not sold in the USA. For 2017 Toyota decided to stop the Scion brand and the car was renamed Toyota Corolla iM. As such it was sold until 2018.
The first generation of the Scion xB was built from 2004 until 2006. It was one of the cars Toyota started it's new youth oriented brand with back in 2004. Scion was stopped in 2016. In Japan this car was sold as Toyota bB. Neiher the xB nor the bB were availabe in Europe.

The Toyota iQ is an ultra-compact, front transverse engine, front-wheel-drive city car manufactured by Toyota and marketed in a single generation for Japan (2008–2016); Europe (2008–2015); and North America (2012–2015), where it was marketed as the Scion iQ. A rebadged variant was marketed in Europe as the Aston Martin Cygnet (2009–2013).
Designed at the Toyota European Design and Development studio in Nice, France, the iQ is noted for its specialized engineering to maximize passenger space and minimize length. The design accommodates four occupants, although one of the seats has very little legroom and is not suitable for adults.

The Scion iQ was sold in North America from 2011 until 2015. It's a badge engineered version of the Toyota iQ, introduced in 2008. The very compact car has a 1.3 litre engine.
The second generation of the Scion xB was built from 2007 until 2015. It was based on the Japanese Toyota Corolla Rumion. In the USA these models have a 2.4 litre engine.
Scion as a marque debuted in 2003 and lasted until 2016. At that time, the median age of Toyota buyers was in the 50's. It was Toyota's intention to appeal to younger buyers so that when they were ready to buy their next car, a Toyota would be on their mind.
The initial xB models, similar to the one shown, were available as 2004-2006 models.
