The 'Space Shed' lifting off. A stunt undertaken for Brainiac series 5. It was a standard 6X4 garden shed with a teensy bit of internal reinforcement and a 1ft wide plywood 'skirt' added around the base to keep it stable.
It was actually unbelievably stable in flight... power was four 'K's and four 'I's.

This was the first in Kristin Prather's series of Science and Math Workshops. They are for Intermediate School students to learn basic math and science concepts through FUN activities and demonstrations. They will get to make rockets, search the stars, and test mind-boggling physics theories. Let's not forget playing math games!

Beautiful Blue on it's trailer at the Hungarian Ministry of Defence building, Sept 2005. The rocket was built in about 3 months and has a wooden and aluminium internal structure, tensioned with steel cables, skinned with aluminium sheet.
The rocket was built for Hungarian illusionist David Merlini for a live TV escapology show.
