This is my farewell shot of Whitby, which is a pity as there is much to see in this fine town. Normally I would make a pilgrimage to the top of the 199 steps but my osteo-arthritis feeling a bit lonely, has invited sciatica to join the party! In other words this old man is suffering from a bit of GBH at the hands of the most intractable of all his assailants, time, time time! THE END.

Living Well Medical

New York, NY 10012

www.aquaticsphysicaltherapy.com - (941) 924-9525 At White Sands Physical Therapy & Aquatics (WSPTA), we have pioneered in the development of protocols that have been very effective in dealing with spinal problems - from the neck into the low back. These protocols are unique to us and have been very effective in solving spinal problems when all previous attempts at intervention have failed. Our spinal protocols (termed non-surgical spinal decompression) are safe and have enabled hundreds of previous patients to avoid more invasive procedures, such as epidural injections and spinal surgeries. These protocols are mechanically-based and have much proven science behind them. They have proven effective in treating herniated or protruded discs, radiculopathies, spinal stenosis, sciatica, facet arthropathies, among other diagnoses.

Pedro works in landscaping when he's not driving long haul trucks and he cut open his finger with a chain saw.

He suffers from a lot of injuries on the job. Last year he cut open his leg. He spent most of December in bed due to sciatica in another leg.

They're talking about moving to Switzerland, a land of milk and honey and a place where licensed commercial truck drivers can claim outrageous wages.

Everyone under the age of 55 seems to be talking about moving.

--

Pedro cortou a mão. Passou a maior parte de Dezembro acamado devido a uma ciatica na perna. A vida tá difícil.

Toda a gente fala em emigrar.
