Nella città di Sciacca, in Sicilia, un uomo si è inventato un lavoro avendo avuto l'idea di comprare un'Ape Piaggio per adibirla al trasporto turistico. In pratica offre il suo servizio sia come trasporto che al contempo come cicerone, portando per le vie del centro storico e della marina gli avventori della giornata, spiegando loro la storia della città , soffermandosi ad ammirare gli edifici, i monumenti, le chiese, il porto e molto altro. Grazie a questo piccolo, ma efficiente e caratteristico servizio, molte persone che si trovano a visitare Sciacca riescono a scoprine il fascino, a volte anche contraddittorio, ed avere un'esperienza diversa.
In the city of Sciacca, in Sicily, a man has invented a job having had the idea of buying a Piaggio Ape to use for tourist transport. In practice, it offers its service both as a transport and at the same time as a guide, taking the patrons of the day through the streets of the historic center and the marina, explaining the history of the city to them, pausing to admire the buildings, monuments, churches, the port and much more. Thanks to this small but efficient and characteristic service, many people who visit Sciacca are able to discover its charm, sometimes even contradictory, and have a different experience.

The Church of St. Francis, an example of Sicilian Baroque, the original building was in Arab-Norman style with three naves and twelve altars, in addition to the main one.
In 1680, Msgr. Francesco Maria Grifeo (then bishop of the diocese ), he decided to turn it into baroque style, the two side aisles were demolished, and the nave was raised and covered with a barrel vault.
He was then reopened for worship in 1703, to be closed again following the earthquake of Belize in 1968, during which the church and the adjoining convent suffered significant damage. In 1977 the restoration works were started.
