The satisfaction in the life does not jump you above, you have to work for it, you have to gain her. You cannot sit down in a place, fold your hands and expect to be satisfied by the life...
Grenouille verte (Pelophylax lessonae)

Panfried Steak
Garlic and herb marinade:
Stir together, 1/4 cup olive oil, two minced cloves of garlic and your favorite choice of herbs, about 1 teaspoon each of: dried rosemary, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried basil and sea salt.
Sprinkle the steak generously with ground black pepper.
Rub all the ingredients on both sides of the steak. Wrap in plastic wrap or put in a plastic bag to seal flavors.
Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or longer.
Heat a pan and add a tablespoon of oil.
Start frying the steak on its narrow side first, by standing it with tongs or a fork. This ensures that it will render some of the beef fat.
Contrary to what its appearance suggests, the grey-headed kingfisher almost never fishes. It prefers to watch the ground from a perch, ready to swoop down on insects or small lizards. Its colors are also magnificent: a sober grey head contrasting with a back and wings of a brilliant electric blue.
In this anthological light at sunset, I was very happy to succeed in this huge panorama of Mâcon from nine original photos assembled 3 by 3 in HDR mode, then with the 3 resulting HDR photos juxtaposed in one.
I tried on this photo to give the widest possible view of Mâcon. It gives a good idea of the scale and beauty of the panorama. It is particularly highlighted by extraordinary reflections in the Saône river, and by the sunset which illuminates the 2 towers of Saint-Pierre church and tints the sky with magnificent colours.
You can also admire here almost the entire Saint-Laurent bridge, dating from the 11th century. Only the last arch on the Saint-Laurent side is missing. Its extraordinary length for a medieval bridge (215 m - 706 ft) is obvious.
On the other side of the bridge, the whole Saône river's front of Mâcon unfolds, with in particular the 2 towers (14th century) of old Saint-Vincent, and the departmental archives tower which dates from the 1960s.

Finally arrived on the site at the end of the Inca trail, my dream has been realized!
It's the end of the afternoon, the view is breathtaking, in an exceptional light.
Even though I had seen a lot of pictures of the place, this beauty blowed in my face when I looked at it for real.

A pure and wild wave
The insolent Arena sings, leaps in cascades between the rocks, adorns itself with blue reflections in the sunlight... And winds noisily through the narrow streets of the village a little further down.
The Green Woodpecker is a fairly large, predominantly green plumage that gave it its name. This is what we notice first when we are confronted with this species. Then, it is the bright red of the head which is obvious.

This small primate (only 23–28 cm and 300–450 g) gets its name from its long white mustache that resembles that of the German Emperor Wilhelm II. Its head is black, its body grayish-yellow, and its reddish-brown tail serves as a counterbalance when it jumps from branch to branch !
