"Chimney-shaped penholder" is folded from 20x20cm and 30x30cm "stone"-paper.

This is my first attempt at something called a “flatlay”! I’ve been wanting to try it for some time now, and decided today is the day....no Santa’s were harmed in the filming of this project, although some appear arthritic and old. That’s because they are! I love my vintage Santas, and think I’ve put them to good use.

“That was some trip, and we still never found the honey caves that we were looking for, did we?” Said Bertie.
“No, but to be fair, the place we landed was bigger than it had looked from when we set off. It looks tiny then and so would have been easy to find the honey caves.” Argued Barnaby.
“The honey coated popcorn was nice. I think the best bit of the trip was calling in to the moon and loading up with chocolate buttons. It was such a shame we never got to eat them.” Said Bertie sadly.
“Indeed, Bertie, Ellie says she is looking for another means to fuel the ellicopter, but so far she hasn’t found anything better than the chocolate buttons.” Said Posh Bear.
“I spoke with the buzzy things.” Said Sky looking excited.
“That must have been nice, Sky, what did they have to say?” Asked Posh Bear.
“I have no idea. Just a buzzzzzzz, nothing sensible. I asked about them supplying us with honey and making a factory in our house. I thought that the best solution.”
“Seems a decent idea, Sky. They agreed I assume.” Said Posh.
“I have no idea. Just another buzzzzzz, nothing sensible. I did leave our address and an invitation for them to join us.”
“Did they read it, Sky?” Asked Bertie.
“I have no idea, there was yet another buzzzzzz, nothing sensible. Ellie had a good time though.”
“Yes, she said she enjoyed herself. I thought she stayed awake much longer than usual.” Agreed Barnaby.
“The new computer stressed her out a little, so I think turning it off was for the best.” Said Bertie.
“I wonder what was wrong with it. Do you know, Sky, you use the one the man has sometimes?”
“I have no idea, it just buzzed, nothing sensible.” Said Sky smiling.
“Thinking about computers and food, Sky, have you checked to see if the man has changed back to his normal supplier?”
“Yes, Posh, we are back to as before, I think your excellent idea of changing the numbers on his order before we left worked well. Harrod told me he seemed quite flustered when all those delivery vans pulled up.”
“Icecap told me that there was a lot of fish on one van, too much for him to store. He solved the problem with sound bear thinking.” Said Bertie.
“Good, I am pleased that Icecap sorted everything out. How did he solve the problem of having too much fish, Bertie.”
“He ate it. Any that didn’t fit into his cold place he ate for his afternoon and evening meals. He said he thought about saving it for us, but he had doubts it would keep.” Explained Bertie.
“You know, I am sure we didn’t go to Saturn, it just was not smooth enough, plus, I am sure those large hoppy animals don’t live there. It was also strange, I thought, to see so many hoomans living there. Then there were all those buzzy things…” Said Sky.
“Buuzzzzzzzzzzz!!!” said Santa Claus.
It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas and as usual in this period it's time for a Christmas themed creation.

Santa's Cottage on LEGO IDEAS!
Santa, who is coming home from a relaxing walk, has also a nice off-road vehicle painted with a color scheme matching with the cottage. You can spot it on the right.Santa's Cottage features a classic Xmas color scheme, an uncommon shape and an unconventional doors/windows style.
The main feature is probably the asymmetrical roof with a very sloping shape to the left. The woodshed is located under the excess roof.
The red/white/black color combo is simple but effective, and the snowy trees in the background match well.
Last but not least the door and windows are round, a shape rarely spotted on a cottage, but quite common in Hobbit houses.
If this house reminds you of anything you are right, it's basically my Blue Cottage set up for the Christmas holidays.
