I’ve recently been attacked by the urge to shoot film again. I’m afraid it’s virulent. I began as a black and white film photographer decades ago and did my own darkroom work. (These pages are littered with some of that b&w work, especially the early ones.) Now, I’ve been shooting digital for some years. So I thought, “Why not try to make digital look like film?”
I have no idea if these most recent four images look like any particular film in any particular developer. They might still look digital, since I didn’t make huge changes. The most drastic was conversion to b&w; then, a little reduction in dynamic range, some grain, and not much else.
I think film is in my future, though. In the meantime, this has been fun; and maybe I learned something, even if it’s not to try this again.

As often, I was looking at horses for sales on internet, to see if I would find something interesting.. No, we never have enough horses !
Since my vacation in West South of France, I've discover that Iberian Horses were breeds I really liked. Their shapes, their behavior..
Finally, I've saw something.. A Champagne Lusitano Mare stopped me in my search.. I started to read the text :
