I got on the Worcester & Birmingham Canal on Mary Vale Road in Bournville, next to Bournville Station, and I walked as far as Selly Oak, getting off at The Dingle (near the Bristol Road).

The Beast from the East 2 wasn't too bad when I was on the towpath. It only started snowing again after I got off the canal!
