I think its more plain than my last few, but I tried to keep the quality of work the same.
Personally I really like how it came out.
I had to cheat a lil with the rails, but I think it still works due to a lil illusion.

Had this idea ever since I saw the BA AK-SV (which bears a resemblance to the PSL/FPK. I used a Combat Brick SVD and Brickarms AK-SV and Brickarms ABR flash hider, since the BA one was like a small suppressor.
There still parts that bother me, such as the the mag size (should go down to the pistol grip for height.) I also had to modify the stock so a minifig can hold it.
Fug I just realized a glaring problem. The mag needs to be seprate from the trigger guard ah well.
it's been a while since i last uploaded a gun, the idea of making a golden SVD came to my head this morning, i felt like i HAD to make a golden dragunov.
i'm still in the middle of a lazy period, but i think that after this summer is over i will get back on working more costantly.

Delivered in October 2001, retired by Singapore A/l in 2010. The type was known as 'Jubilee' in Singapore service.
Operating service 2 to Rottingdean,was this East Lancs bodied Scania Omnidekka,pictured loading up at Brighton.
Since I don't currently have enough supplies for any more major projects, I thought I'd go back and refurbish some of my older mods. First up is the SVD Dragunov.
This is the updated version, with a flatter pistol grip, a belt instead of a box mag, the belt is folded up and over to the side, also added a connection to the stock, which was not my idea, whoever did, just say and I will put your name here:_______________.

Obviously inspired by the SVT-40 / SVT-41. I tried making a bolt-action but the 1% russian in me (by osmosis lol) made me create it for the motherland. lol
a much more improved version of my svd mod. the stock isnt perfect but i like it. i added a bigger mag too.
Finally done. The collab between Himan135 and me it's done.
A N3 bolt action SVD (Dragunov). The sniper canister has 10 shots + 1 in chamber. The sniper has to change the can then.
The bipod is folding, can be dettached.

Dragunov. it looks a lot better in person. i wanted to make the more realistic version but i also wanted a fig to be able to hold it so i kinda had to compromise. yes or no on the use of the mosin and psr scope?
Issued primarily to Russian SF units operating Dagestan and the built up areas of Syria.
The SVD-M differs drastically from the standard SVD in certain areas. The lower receiver features an AR style fire selector, lightened internals and a new gas system. Along with the internal upgrades it features 1913 rails along the top of the rifle as well as a Keymod style hand guard.

Spetzmod(rough translation) is a shady eastern Russian company specializing in full body conversion kits. Though mainly for the AK series of weapons, they have branched out to other designs such as Voron and Vekter.
Big thanks to benjoo for the infrared scope, tho, i'm not a big fan of my own hand guard, and i wanted to do more work on the reciver, but i hope u like what i did here :)
oh, i forgot to mention shockwave for the way to make the sling thing :)

Edit*: Unfortunately the bp02 mount on this picture did not hold up to recoil. It is worthless. Looking for a new mount for this setup. Until then I will use my 4x pso-1 scope
The Vepr SVD-style rifle is a Russian firearm designed off a standard AKM and outfitted with furniture to make it appear similar to and function in a fashion similar to the legendary Russian Dragunov SVD rifle. The genuine rifle, designed by Yevgeny Dragunov, was a Soviet Era marksman rifle that has since been banned from import into the U.S.A. Firing the 7.62x54R round it has very similar range and accuracy to the genuine rifle.
My lego version is the longest rifle I have built yet and as such the photography of the prototype model was a challenge in and of itself. Currently working on a new photo set-up and lighting rig. With that in mind, I apologize about the lighting of the photos.
