Župu nastavljaju voditi svećenici dijecezanci, a neupotreba samostanske zgrade dovodi do rušenja njegova tri krila. 1964. g. župa i preostalo samostansko krilo samostana bivaju vraćeni franjevcima-glagoljašima.

The church of St. Peter above Begunje was mentioned already in the 14th century. The today's church is from the beginning of the 16th century, when its interior was also decorated with quality frescoes, painted by Jernej from Loka. Once this was a well known pilgrimage church, nowadays it is very popular with hikers.

This is the end of Sv. Ana valley, finishing with the Ljubelj / Loibl Pass. Actually, the creek of Mošenik has its source in the valley below my stand point. Sta. Anna church stands on the sunlit meadow, there the road tunnel enters the main ridge of Karawanks mountains. On the left is the E summit of Begunjščica, right of it are the slopes towards Zelenica meadow, Behind are the towers of Ljubeljščica and Na Možeh.
