The freshly announced Mercedes SLS AMG, that I had the chance to cross path with on Route 1 in California during a magazine photoshoot. The official photographer was kind enough to let me shoot while the shooting was taking place. The model is a German TV star whose name I forgot :o)

The awesome SLS is the safety car for the 2010 F1 season. Its engine bay houses a delightful burbling AMG tuned V8 under the hood that made its presence known as it growled past round the corner. In the background is Sebastian Vettel at the front of the driver's parade just before the Race started. The SLS is driven by Bernd Mayländer.
Notes: Curves and white balance adjusted. Desaturated the annoying green wall in the background and split toned it a mild beige and blue.
