Each step forward carried that quiet sense of curiosity, the kind that makes you slow down just to notice the beauty hiding in simple things.
A soft breeze lifted a few strands of her hair as she paused, glancing back over her shoulder. The little café table nearby still held the remains of an afternoon moment a bottle of wine, a cluster of grapes, glasses half forgotten while the evening crept in.
