auf einer Wanderung zum Aussichtsturm Aschberg im Vogtland fiel mir dieser gut gepflegte Skoda Felicia auf.

Two Škoda 68E locomotives of BDZ-PP captured at Dragoman station. 44 078 is leaving the station with the international train 7993, while 44 204, which has just arrived after a major overhaul in the Czech Republic, is waiting for a crew in order to be taken to the Gorna Oryahovitsa depot.
Während die Skoda heute noch existiert gibt es die Firma Grundig schon seit 2003 nicht mehr und irgendwann "demnächst" soll nun auch der markante Schriftzug im Münchner Hbf verschwinden da der vertrag nicht verlängert wurde. Zukünftig werben die Stadtwerke München an dieser Stelle. Nebenbei stellt 102 004 soeben ihren RE 1 nach Nürnberg bereit.

We met the owner of this very well used rallying 120L, who is an organizer of a large Škoda meeting which unfortunately took place outside our stay in CZ. The colour scheme is from a Mad Max movie, from a Ford Falcon.
Je pourrais parier que moins de 10 Škoda 110R circulent encore en France... Celle-ci date de 1980.
I would bet that less than 10 Škodas 110R are still used in France ... This is a 1980 model.
W związku z uruchomieniem systemu ETCS pomiędzy Pragą, a Ostravą lokomotywy serii 151, które nie zostały w niego wyposażone zostały relokowane z lokomotywowni Bohumin do Pragi i po wieloletniej przerwie powróciły do obsługi połączeń pomiędzy Pragą i Decinem.
"Banán" 151 027-0 z pociągiem R 896 "Labe" relacji Praha hl.n. - Děčín hl.n. przejeżdża przez stację Ústí nad Labem sever.
8 marca 2025 roku zakończono liniową eksploatację lokomotyw serii 150/151 na sieci CD.
Due to the launch of the ETCS system between Prague and Ostrava, locomotives of the 151 series that were not equipped with it were relocated from the Bohumin locomotive depot to Prague and, after a long break, returned to service on connections between Prague and Decin.
"Banán" 151 027-0 with train R 896 "Labe" from Praha hl.n. to Děčín hl.n. passes through the Ústí nad Labem sever station.
On March 8, 2025, the linear operation of series 150/151 locomotives on the CD network was ended.
We now have three Skodas at our station in Sheffield. Two 09 plates & one 08.
All wheel drive cars with very bright blue lights and also have the old airhorn two tones as well as the electronic sirens!

Het metersporige trambedrijf van Bratislava wordt grondig gemoderniseerd door de komst van 60 lagevloertrams. De wagens zijn nodig ter vervanging van oude Tatra-trams en voor netuitbreiding naar de andere andere zijde van de Donau. De helft van de reeks is uitgevoerd als tweerichtingewagen. Dertig wagens van het type Škoda 29T zijn geleverd als eenrichtingwagen. Het afgebeelde rijtuig 7425 behoort tot die laatste reeks.
De toren maakt deel uit van de kerk van de Visitatie van de Maagd Maria. Het kerkgebouw is op haar beurt een onderdeel van het ziekenhuis en het klooster van de Orde van de Hospitaalridders Broeders van Barmhartigheid. Het barokke gebouw is in de jaren 1690-1692 gerealiseerd.

We saw the side of this van from the road, quite a distance up a field. There was no fence, and our old Škodas were visible so we thought it was clear enough that we were enthusiasts. We decided to walk towards it.
The neighbour saw that, called us and suggested he'd call the owner, who lived up the street. He did, and we had a nice chat with the guy who owns several more Škodas. He wanted a nice 1203 but couldn't find one, so in the end decided to buy a restoration project after all.
