The museum was founded in October 1983 in Toronto at Exhibition Place and later moved to Ontario Place theme park.
In 1994, it moved to St. Marys, Ontario.
The Hall of Fame and Museum is dedicated to preserving Canada's baseball heritage which dates back to June 4, 1838, when a game which very closely resembled today's game of baseball was played in Beachville, Ontario.
The Hall gained some major attention when Pete Rose became eligible for election for earning his 4,000th MLB hit while playing with the Montreal Expos in 1984, however Rose has yet to be elected to the Hall.

Juvenile males show a kaleidoscope of colours: Yellow-green as the females and blue tones as adult males.
Black-capped Tanagers are vividly-colored tropical birds that occur in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru. They often occur in pairs foraging in bushes and trees for insects and fruit.
It is one of the few species in the genus that shows obvious sexual dichromatism, with males primarily gray-blue in color with a distinctive black cap, and females yellow-green without a black cap.

The Yellow-faced Grassquit breeds from central Mexico to northern Ecuador and northwestern Venezuela. It was formerly alled with the American sparrows; actually, however, it is one of the tholospizan "finches" which are specialized tanagers (Thraupidae). There are many about at this time but they quickly become devoured. The Hypomyces fungi are known as mycoparasites, fungi that attack other fungi. The hypomyces fungi love the Bolete in this area. It's like they get covered in white frosting. On the brighter side, this one is still pristine. This was stacked from 6 images due to the focal length of the lens.

I recently referred to a mushroom as frozen when it was actually dehydrated. There's a bunch of older mushrooms and they loose moisture as they age. Next came a week of clear and dry air with night temps in the 30s. Those nights helped to dehydrate and cause desiccation of the mushrooms. Next has been a week of night temps in the 20s. All of the desiccated mushrooms look like this ~ Gray. I've read that they might last some time like this. It's the young Mycenia with thin cell walls and a lot of moisture the melt away when they freeze.
