El Sapic es un queso de leche cruda de cabra de pasta blanda y corteza florida, producido por los hermanos Julien y Benjamín Remond, en su “Fromagerie du Pic” situada en Penne, en las gargantas de Aveyron en el departamento de Tarn.
El Sapic se elabora en versión natural o ceniza con carbón vegetal y en forma de árbol de Navidad. El natural posee una corteza, blanca a marfil mientras que en la versión con ceniza su color es grisáceo, es delgada y plisada. Está cubierta con un ligero plumón blanco y está marcada con las estrías de las rejillas en las que los quesos se afinan.
Es un queso suave y untuoso con sabor caprino fresco y dulce, ligeramente salado y acidulado. Sus sabores se intensifican con el tiempo.
¡Debería decorar sus bandejas de quesos para Navidad!
El nombre del queso SAPIC es un acrónimo de "sapin" (árbol) y Pic (el nombre de la quesería).

Although this is a first sighting for me and an addition to my life list, I am about 95% certain it is a Yellow Bellied Sap-sucker. It showed up in the wood lot yesterday morning and visited the turkey feeder several times through out the day. This is the best shot I could manage under the overcast conditions. I am hoping it returns today I would love to get a back shot showing the mottled wing feathers and head. It is always exciting to add a life species but doubly rewarding to have it on the homestead.

lincoln, vt... these maple-sap collection tube lines keep grabbing my eye -- something about how they segment or divide the natural patterns of the forest with a man-made design, with its intentional engineering and out-of-place color... it suggests something the the great artist christo would do: christojeanneclaude.net

Caro Diario,
arrivo da un fine settimana lungo passato qui, o meglio, qui con settecento chilometri in tre giorni densi di piccole meraviglie e ricompense per l'attesa di una visita rimandata e finalmente arrivata, e poi sorrisi e risate.
In più, stamattina è arrivato anche il rullino in bianco e nero che ho scattato tutto in un'ora a Bergen appena prima di partire e, a proposito di Bergen, un'altra bella sorpresa: Astrid che mi ospita sul suo blog e mi fa spiegare perché fotografo su pellicola.

Der Tonle Sap in Kambodscha ist der größte See Südostasiens und eines der fischreichsten Binnengewässer der Erde.
Von Norden wird der See durch mehrere Zuflüsse gespeist, im Süden tritt der nach dem See benannte Tonle-Sap-Fluss aus, der bei Phnom Penh in den Mekong mündet. Jedes Jahr im Juni ist dort ein weltweit einzigartiges Naturphänomen zu beobachten. Der Mekong führt zu dieser Zeit auf Grund der Monsunregenfälle und durch das Schmelzwasser aus dem Himalaya bis zu vier mal mehr Wasser als in den trockenen Monaten. Da Kambodscha ein großteils sehr flaches und ebenes Land ist, drängt das Wasser des Mekong in den Tonle-Sap-Fluss, und dieser wechselt die Fließrichtung. Die Wassermassen drängen zurück in das Becken des Tonle Sap und füllen den See, der während der trockenen Jahreszeit eine Oberfläche von 2.600 – 3.000 km² aufweist, bis er auf circa 10.400 km² (inkl. umliegende Flusslandschaften: bis zu 25.000 km²) anwächst und bis zu fünf mal so tief ist (von 2–3 m auf 14 m). Der Höhepunkt der Überflutungen wird im September erreicht. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist knapp ein Drittel der landwirtschaftlichen Kulturfläche Kambodschas von Wasser bedeckt.
Erst im November, wenn der Mekong wieder weniger Wasser führt, wechselt der Fluss erneut die Richtung, und das Wasser des Sees fließt langsam ab.
The Tonle Sap in Cambodia is the largest lake in Southeast Asia and one of the fish richest inland waters of the earth.
For most of the year the lake is fairly small, around one meter deep and with an area of 2,700 square km. During the monsoon season, however, the Tonlé Sap river, which connects the lake with the Mekong river, reverses its flow. Water is pushed up from the Mekong into the lake, increasing its area to 16,000 square km and its depth to up to nine meters, flooding nearby fields and forests. The floodplain provides a great breeding ground for fish.
The pulsing system with its large floodplain, rich biodiversity, and high annual sediment and nutrient fluxes from Mekong makes the Tonlé Sap one of the most productive inland fisheries in the world, supporting over three million people and providing over 75% of Cambodia's annual inland fish catch and 60% of Cambodians' protein intake. At the end of the rainy season, the flow reverses and the fish are carried downriver.

Hình như là con Trúc panda bị gì hay nó làm gì mình ghét hay gì gì ấy , cái rồi nó ra nhóm - . Tao nhớ không lầm có hôm sinh nhật con Na , cái lần đó con Na có 'cảm tình' với thằng Bo hihi :):)) cái sinh nhật nó , tao tặng quà nó . Ghi cái thiệp hoành tráng gì đó . Sến rện à , rồi Na đọc nó khóc thì phải * run run * . Cũng không biết , mơ hồ quá .. - Đám mình cũng có giận nhau , nhớ không , có lần tao với Punz qua nhà Na , rồi biết pass của con Punz , lúc đó thằng Thông có cảm tình . Rồi phá , lúc đó cũng chả biết gì .. - Rồi hôm ngồi tin học có đứa nào ngồi với tao á. Rồi bày trò . Đâm ra từ đó giận nhau . Chữi nhau trên yh . Mà cũng huề lại hihi ;)=)) .
+ Lớp 9 là nhiều trò nhất nè ;) . Gì cũng nhất , Mi cũng quậy , cũng tí tỡn , cũng chữi chữi ghê lắm nhoa lolol :)) . Na bao mà quậy , gái lứa như quần ý ;q . Ponz khõi bàn =; . Còn con Punz - tính nó hiền . Mà năm nay quen cái thằng trai k ra trai , gái k ra gái . Biến thái quá đi . Ờ thì lúc đầu k nói gì rồi . Lúc sau ghét ghét nha . Cái tách ra luôn . Có hôm tụi nó giận nhau , thì đó , mò về với Mimi , nói này nọ , hối hận regret rồi muốn ' come back to me ' rồi . Thôi ;) múôn làm gì làm ;) .
