Original knitting pattern ~ Sophie is a modern slouchy hat with a hemmed edge, designed to fit dolls with a head circumference of approx. 12 1/4", like the 18" American Girl doll. Knit in sport weight yarn. The ridged stitch pattern gives it a textured slinky-like look that emphasizes the casual fit. Worked in the round with minimal finishing required.

Looks like there's going to be a lot of thumb wars to decide who's turn it is to wear this puppy... #perfectfit #18k #artdeco #pinkyring #greatgatsby #whitegold #vintagerings #vintage #vintagejewelry #ruby #rubyring #gold #goldrings #estaterings #estatejewelry

Ruby Red, and it was delicious too... But after two years and nearly a thousand views, it's no one's favorite fruit?
This little lady finally has a new item of clothing, like 3.5 years later! So much good mail recently <3
(Yes, literally the last new piece of clothing she got was late 2012!)
I made the tiny grapefruits by hand from polymer clay. These are from this summer when I was teaching citrus caning classes. I'm especially happy with how the color came out- totally ruby red!

This is a beautiful set of 4 Ruby Red Sherbet dishes made by Luminarc in the late 1970s. This set was a later addition to their Cavalier line and has an updated base with more detail then the original plain round base. These 4 dishes are in beautiful condition, no chips cracks, blemishes or clouding in the glass.
The pattern is known as Cavalier and was made in the 1970's by J.G. Durand (Luminarc) of Verrerie Cristallerie dArques in France. They are also sometimes called Luminarc Arcoroc Dinnerware. The entire set is made of barrel shaped ruby red bodies with clear bases. Each base has a molded France in tiny capital letters on the bottom - the Luminarc mark used in the early 1970s. (No France means the glasses are imitation) Lots of people collect these glasses as the colour is just stunning and many use them strictly as a Christmas formal set for their holiday table.
My old loan horse ruby red. Ruby is a stunning 16.1hh 23 year old chestnut TBXID mare. I loan her for 6 great months. In 2011 from the 4th of December till the 7th of June 2012. She taught me everything and for that I am extremely grateful.
Bold and bright. This piece features two different textures of ruby red glass along with a lighter shade of red in the border. The center is a glass faceted jewel that sparkles in the light.

Create a hyper-detailed portrait of a small jester child with oversized, expressive blue eyes and fiery red pigtails. The child wears an elaborate harlequin outfit adorned with gold embroidery, bells, and richly patterned fabrics in deep teal, ruby red, and antique gold. Lighting should be soft and moody, highlighting the delicate textures of the costume and the subtle sadness in the child’s face. Capture a whimsical, slightly melancholic fairy-tale atmosphere, blending innocence with ornate fantasy craftsmanship.
