My garden is a victim of herbicide drift from the local corn field. I am beside myself with grief and anger. They sprayed on a very windy day and had I known they were coming I could have at least covered the garden with old sheets. I trimmed off the dying shoots and am hoping the whole plant survives to grow once again. I lost dozens of sunflowers growing at the perimeter of the garden, 3 watermelons, 1 pumpkin, 10 tomato plants, beans, basil, lettuce, spinach. About the only thing that seems to be unaffected are radishes and onions. The landowner will be hearing from me soon.
