I am not feeling well and hope to make it to class tomorrow but if not, I wanted to get my work up for some feedback finally.

This shows the steps for the cherry filling. Not sure how that final step is working but I am trying some other options currently.

These are part of the steps for the dough. It is missing the final two steps -- wrapping the dough in plastic wrap and putting it in the fridge.

Finally got the dang thing out of the mailbox, after much pulling and a bit of box destruction.
