By contemporary standards, this locomotive was a monster. It was after evening and this guy was selling this gadget on the street. This had a “T” shaped shaft and on top had colored LEDs on both ends with a string attached. As he pulled the string, much like yoyo, the “T” shaft spun and produced this circular light graffiti.
