Mythology says that roses grew thorns when Cupid accidentally shot an arrow into a rose garden.

 

I finally found a way to get the adapter to work, so I took advantage of it. Fyi, I never ever use flash. So this was a kind-of-sort-of first.

 

P.S. I have an idea for X, considering I'm re-doing it. I will try to get the picture done tomororow. :D

Rosa Rugosa rose or Japanese rose is included on the list of 100 of the worst invasive alien species in Europe.

The surface of the leaves is wrinkled, which gives the plant its Finnish name "kurtturuusu", “wrinkled rose”.
